Welcome to Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center, established in 1992. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about who we are and what we offer.

Reflexology is a deeply healing form of bodywork. Its effects on practitioner and client alike are very powerful and far-reaching. Facilitating a sense of deep connection and harmony within the recipient, this ancient art helps individuals become more internally integrated and balanced, enhancing both inner peace and healing potential.

Therapeutic reflexology provides a means to achieve vibrant health, increase energy, reduce pain and live a more dynamic and authentic life. The balance achieved in each person translates vitality and health to the entire community.

As Americans become more educated about reflexology, we are choosing more frequently to include a reflexologist in our personal team of healthcare specialists. Reflexology is one of the fastest growing complementary health care modalities in America and around the world (click here for an interesting study on this topic), facilitating an atmosphere in which individuals can choose from among a set of highly skilled practitioners and reflexologists can have a full, viable practice and a stimulating, rewarding career.

The efficacy of reflexology is recognized by National Institutes of Health, which cites on its website one of the many scientific studies on breast cancer. NIH categorizes reflexology as a Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) within National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH). National health agencies worldwide recognize the effectiveness of reflexology as well.

Increased public knowledge and experience of reflexology has brought greater demand for high quality work. At SRMC, we aim to provide superior quality reflexology to individuals seeking personal care as well as exceptional reflexology education to those wishing to enhance their current reflexology techniques or explore a new direction of bodywork.

Seattle Reflexology has offered reflexology classes since 1992. Over the years we provided students from around the state and the country a 300-hour reflexology certification program licensed by Washington state Workforce Training Board, approved by Washington state Department of Health, and designed to meet the needs of four different student perspectives. Our reflexology classes have given thousands of students an education they could use to provide effective and unique sessions that their clients would treasure.

In 2022 we shifted our focus away from offering a reflexology certification program. As of April 2022 we offer individual reflexology classes in the Northwest and beyond. We will resume inviting cutting-edge instructors and leaders from around the world once the pandemic settles down. We look forward to announcing high-caliber reflexology continuing education classes presented by the best and the brightest world-renowned scientists, doctors, instructors, authors and trail-blazers.

Disclaimer:  Please be aware that reflexology is not a substitute for medical attention. Consult your physician for your primary medical care.
