SRMC accepts cash, check or credit/debit card payment at time of service. Checks returned by the bank will be subject to an additional $45 fee.
SRMC has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
We value your time and hope that you value our time as well.
Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice affect our community of clients as well as our practitioners. So that we have adequate time to fill a vacant spot, we request that you call in your cancellation as early as possible.
To cancel an appointment, please call the office at 206.284.8389. Please do NOT email your cancellation request.
If you are unable to keep your appointment and do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged according to the following guidelines:
- With less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation we will charge half the session price.
- If you do not show up for you appointment you will be charged the full price of the session.
- If you arrive late to your appointment you will be charged the full session price and the appointment will end at the scheduled time.
- If you are using a gift certificate and give less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your session, the gift certificate will be forfeit.
We make reminder calls one or two days prior to your appointment as a courtesy. Please let us know the best phone number to use for reminder calls, as well as if you prefer reminders to be made via email or text message.
You are responsible for remembering your scheduled appointment. In the event that you do not receive a reminder call or notification, the responsibility of attending and paying for your appointment is still up to you. If you miss an appointment that you scheduled, you will be expected to pay for the missed appointment.
We are happy to provide you with a receipt for the session, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The receipt will include the license numbers, billing codes, and any other information specific to your session and the needs of the insurance company. Check with your insurance company to find out if Massage or Reflexology are covered and how to properly submit your paperwork.
